RE: INVITATION TO BID.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
- Objectives
To design, manufacture, and deliver office uniforms for male and female employees as well as badges for Prime Life Insurance Ltd staff based on the criteria for selection set by the Prime Life Insurance Internal Tender Committee.
- Scope of work and deliverables
The Bidder shall:
- Present to the Internal Tender Committee their sample designs and various fabrics
- Conduct uniform measurements in Prime Life Insurance
- Manufacture and deliver all required quantity of uniforms within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of Notice of Award; and
- Do alteration, if any, within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.

This procurement refers to the supply, production and delivery of office uniforms for 46 employees.

Staff badges
- Description
The badges must be durable, clearly legible, and capable of withstanding regular wear and tear.
Badges should include a photo of the employee, their full name, job title, department, and a unique identification number. Optionally, the badge may also include the company logo and a contact number for emergencies or in case it’s lost.
- Design specifications must also ensure the badge is easily visible, not easily damaged, and able to withstand daily use.

- Copy of Trading Licenses
- A copy of RRA tax clearance certificate
- Financial Proposal
