Technical Specifications for Printing Services
Location: PSF H-Q
Objective: inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the supply, installation, and maintenance of printers. [Leasing model: framework contract]
Technical Specifications:
The scope of this tender includes the provision of the following printers:
1. Main Printers: 4
2 Colored Printer
- Advanced features including secure printing, duplex printing, and high- capacity trays.
- Network capability for shared use by all staff on the ground
- Minimum print speed: 35 pages per minute (ppm) in
2 Black-and-WhitePrinter
- Features: Secure printing, duplex printing, high-capacity paper trays, and compatibility with organizational workflows.
- Shared use by all staff on the ground
- Minimum print speed: 40
1 Colored Printer
- Exclusive access for the CEO Advisor’s
- Features: Compact size, high-quality color output, and secure
- Minimum print speed: 30 ppm in

2. Additional Printers:

- Placement: Distributed across different organizational
- Features: Duplex printing, secure printing, and medium duty
- Minimum print speed: 35
- The service provider must provide initial installation, testing, and configuration to integrate with the organization’s IT network.
