RFQ FOR CAMPUS KITCHEN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is dedicated to transforming global healthcare delivery by training future generations of health professionals committed to providing equitable, high-quality services for all. In line with this mission, UGHE is inviting qualified and interested service provider for kitchen maintenance works under framework contract. This program ensures that all kitchen equipment used within the campus facilities remains in good working condition, meets safety standards, and operates efficiently for daily food preparation and service.

The detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be accessed via the University of Global Health Equity’s Procurement System at the following link: https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php Request ID #1972

All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than 10:00 AM Kigali time on February 27th , 2025.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Submitted in PDF format and Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.
