TITLE: Supply construction, electricity, plumbing materials, and maintenance services, to HVP Gatagara Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Hospital under framework contract

HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit their bids Supply construction, electricity, plumbing materials, and maintenance services as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements.

The tender document may be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) deposited to bank account No 443-2153198-11 in BPR (HVP Gatagara). The proof of payment must be presented to obtain the Tender Document.

This tender is composed of four (4) lots:

LOT 01: Supply of construction materials

LOT 02: Supply of electrical materials

LOT 03: Supply of plumbing materials

LOT 04: Maintenance services

All bids will be submitted from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital not later than 08/04/2025 at 10:00 am localtime. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 08/04/2025 at 11:00 am localtime. Bidders can participate in the opening of bids.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 law governing public procurement.
