Date: March 21th, 2025

ADDENDUM TO THE TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF FUEL FOR KFHR VEHICLES, GENERATORS AND LIQUEFIED GAS FOR COOKING.

Reference is made to the tender N0 27/G/NCB/2024-2025/KFHR related to the supply of fuel for KFHR vehicles, generators and liquefied Gas for cooking at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda(KFH’R), advertised in Job in Rwanda on March 12th, 2025 which is scheduled to be opened on April 1st 2025;

This serves to inform all the interested Bidders that the discounts to be offered on various tender products, will also be applied to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda staff’s private vehicles via fuel consumption cards, as well as gas for home consumption;

This additional information will be among the tender evaluation requirements and further discussion will be held during contract negotiation. KFHR has an estimated staff of 900 persons.
