2. To strengthen and build capacity of the umbrella and member associations through networking and advocacy.
3. consolidate efforts to effectively eliminate all forms of discrimination against women and ensure socio-economic justice and gender equality and non-violence

Pro–Femmes / Twese Hamwe envisions a peaceful and stable Rwandan society free from all forms of gender discrimination characterized by gender equality and equity in her development process.

To contribute to the improvement of the socio-economicstatus of women, promoting the culture of peace for sustainable development through coordination and capacity building of member associations
